Hi Bob.
A lovely car you have. I met the person who restored it some years ago. i have a photo of it with the 7W I owned at the time. I have 2 7Ws at present. They are rare and I,m not sure how many still survive. Have a look for 2 books which have details and the history of these cars 'Ford Popular & the small Sidevalves' by Dave Turner and @The history of Engish and Australian Small Fords' by Bill Ballard.

They certainly are rare cars, I've got a very early 2 door that I've had for best part of 20 years now. Part restored due to other projects and never finding the original 3 slot grille for her.

Hey
In my search of spares to my 1938. I have seen a 3 slot grill on the Australien Ebay several times. You should look out there. It might be expensive in shipping. But I have only seen one in Europe for sale the last 7 years :/
Good luck.
