Ill second that , I have a P6 in my garage,
it was saved from the scrapyard more than 10 years ago, where it was left by its previus owner around 1996/97 (app?)
it still runs the same old Varta battery.
When we found it at the scrapyard, we got the keys & she just started (still does every spring) no start gas or any other help needed.
I have spoken to Varta,s Danish agent, and told him the story.
He wants me to make a picture for him, of the serial number, so he can see just how old the battery is ?
it might end up in a commercial for Varta.
My Green Mini, also has a Varta, and every autumm I leave it in the garage with the alarm system on.
I then forget to go back, and turn it off, once I realize it wont come out untill next spring/summer.
Come spring the battery was COMPLETELY dead, but I just parked my dayli drive, and connected them some jump cables,
let it charge for a couple of minutes and she started right away, and drove all summer.
I did this year after year. _________________ http://www.eurods.eu/wp/index.html |

As above Varta - by far the best at little extra money. The previous postings say it all. _________________ Jonathan Butler
