hi all
September / October is a busy time in in the Royale calandar, this year we have just had a great long weekend on sunny but windy Anglesey. This weekend a few are of to Masham for the sheep fair.This is followed by ACCEO at towcester for there agm from wedensday to Monday and we follow on with a couple of days at church stretton and then our own agm at Elm Cottage Winsford with 15 vans attending the following weekend
thats about 600 miles with the van and 15 days in a caravan in October
not bad for older vans

made it home today after 2weeks on the move taking in Wigan Towcester Church Stretton and Winsford
Two agms and a lot of fun and friends in the mostly sunny weather inbetween
4 Royals went to ACCEO for fun in the sun along with 170 other vans we had a great time and we are looking forward to next years rally
12 vans gathered at Winsford for our own agm posh frocks amd black ties allround and another cracking weekend to boot
a few more weekends away before our next gathering for new year

The countdown has started for our New Year bash at Wrightington 6 vans and a few of our local members are attending so we can have a great time with a lot of friends this new year
lots of eats drinks and nibbles in our awning with all the chinwagging the old isabella soon warms up

hi gang
well what a new year that was
5 intrepid Royale owners made it to Wrightington for our new year bash and what a grand time was had by all
we started last sunday and had a super night in our awning only for it to be ripped apart on monday afternoon by a savage gust of wind
i salvaged all the bits and repaired the poles, but the stitching had parted on the old isabella so she,'s down for some tlc before we venture out again next week
anyway the site owner is Alan a club member and he loaned us his barn to for the next night we managed to have a get together and a few drinks before bed time
New Year saw our party at the village hall for the local bash and we all managed to get a prize in the raffle and a few dances as well
this was to be followed on new years day by a slap up 3 course meal in our awning. We were lucky that our hosts offered the use of there dining room so 14 sat down to soup followed by a choice of 3 meats with all the trimings, followed by chrismas pud or mavis's trifle all from our caravan and served hot
there wasn't a lot left and we all retired to our vans to snooze till the night time get together in our host house again
thursday brought sad farewells and most of us departed homeward though some remained to see out the week

have a great caravaning new year
we started as we mean to go on
and are away to banbury next weeked

hi gang
just had a great weekend at Barnstones Great Bourton my meeting took all day, but the time flew and we also had a great night in the pub.I managed to fry some of my electrics on the van but found, and fixed the fault in the dark. We woke to a very heavy frost on the sunday and have a great run up the motorways back to our vans home at junction 27 of the M6
very little traffic (wow on the m6)
our next outing is to the NEC for the caravan show
if anybody is visiting on the weekend please call at the ACCEO stand and make yourself known

hi gang
it's been a slow start to the new season with this weekends rally our first of the year
8 vans are about to decend on Gibside outside if gateshead for a weekend of catching up and fun
saturday see's us into the toon for a chinese and a night on the town as it's the late shows and there are some cracking venues open for free with shows on late into the night
were starting at the great north museum for a bollywood event then on to who knows where
have fun keep those wheels turning and wave as we pass

7 Royales made it to the far north east at the weekend for a late start to our 2014 season on land next to Gibside chapel
but what a start wall to wall sunshine
the National Trust had loads of events on over the weekend for those who didn't want to stray to far
Newcastle did us proud with the late shows and
China town was supurb as usual
our intrepid members went as far as Berwick and everybody had a great time
we now move on to Lincoln in 3 weeks

well would you believe it another Royale rally this weekend in sunny lincolnshire
were at southrey between lincoln and woodall spa
for fun in the sun again ?
