The collection's stores are currently closed for redevelopment, BUT

Many years back we used to attend a lovely show at Wroughton, they would open up the hangers for the public to look round. There was some wonderful gems in there.

A lot of the aircraft now at Wroughton were in storage at R.A.F. Colerne (RAF sleepy hollow) near the wash pan when I was stationed there in the 70s.

These were taken in 2008
I'm not sure if the hangars were open that year b ut they definitely were in 2007.
