A friend in the US sent me this video with the following text - B747 Crash Bagram Airfield 29 APR 2013
"Just a reminder that this just happened (yesterday) and it's way too early to have a good grasp on what exactly happened. What is known is that there were 4 pilots, 2 mechanics and a loadmaster on board, they all perished. Aircraft was a freighter (converted) Boeing 747-400 operated by National Air Cargo (US Operator, does a lot of military contract work)
What's clear is the aircraft stalled. My own speculations are it's most likely not pilot error, and initial speculations by others are that the load shifted, causing the centre of gravity to change and the aircraft being unable to stay within it's flight envelope (lost lift due to the wings excessive angle towards the airflow, stalled).
Furthermore, it doesn't have to be an in-flight load shift. This was right after take-off and another theory could be that it was loaded with an aft C/G from the beginning. Resulting in a gradual nose-up pitching tendency from the get go, which might have become unmanagable. Either way, as of right now we know nothing to be a fact.
Sources say it was carrying 5 MRAP's, which seem to be quite heavy so the load shifting theory may very well be true."
