I have translated your question into English for you...
The A60 is not one I am familiar with. If it is a cable operated throttle then there could be many reasons for the problem.
If throttle operation is otherwise reasonably smooth, it might just require adjustment to take out the free play. It is however, more likely that the cable is worn and is jamming in the outer sheath. A replacement cable would then be the remedy.
If it is a direct linkage, then again adjustment required, or a pivot is sloppy or binding. _________________ Evans Waterless Coolants

There are two areas to start with here.
If the linkage is rods/bars etc; then ask someone to place their foot on the throttle peddle, and press slowly, look at the links and identify where the free play is.
If there is a cable fitted, then again, ask someone to place their foot on the throttle pedal, press gently, and see where the cable starts to open the butterfly, or move the linkage on the carb. If the linkage on the carb is moving, remove the air filter, and check the butterfly is moving.
You are trying to find where the free play/slack is in the system, and then solving it. _________________ KA
