Held in the grounds of the impressive Helmingham Hall in Suffolk this event focuses on sports cars including some more modern vehicles. However there are still plenty of less sporty classics on show. One thing I particularly like about this event is the chance to see a selection of cars running up and down the Hall driveway rather than just as static exhibits.

Some great photos there! I particularly like the patinated Humber Super Snipe, that looks great.

On the other hand, that MK2 Consul looks awful! Why do people insist on sticking all that rock 'n' roll tat to their cars? Consuls seem to be a favourite for this treatment, but my A55 Cambridge had suffered slightly with 'Rockabilly' stickers in the back window and chrome flames on the doors - which all went in the bin within minutes of getting it home.

Still raining outside so time for a few more pictures from sunnier times. These are from the annual American & Classic Car Show held as part of Cromer Carnival week. The venue is the cliff top car park which adds to the sea-side feel of the event. This show attracts an eclectic mix of vehicles with a lot of emphasis on American metal and also quite a few hot-rods Which I know are not to everyone's taste. Actually they don't do much for me - but each to their own.
