Its a strange one, the starting bid is £16K but at the end of the listing he says £80,900ono??? |

I would be curious to learn what evidence he has that it was Neville Chamberlain's car - it's certainly not the same car as that shown in his third photo (different roof style, waist-line treatment and rear quarters are different...)! |

Yes, nice old thing. Difficult to value. The term cabriolet doesn't seem quite right for this car. Sunroof, yes. Good luck to the seller.
