For those with a few minutes, and a desire to extract the most from the humble 10hp, a look at the Briggs and Stratton lawnmower racing web site will be interesting.
There has been negligible side valve development for the past 50 odd years, since the ohv hit the scene, but with B and S racing side valve lawnmowers, they have carried out a lot of optimum head shape testing, and compression/volume comparison. All makes good viewing. _________________ KA
