Hullo again, from the look under the old girl's headlining some parts of the interior of the roof must have some surface rust on the inside of the roof surround. Looks like I need to loosen off the liner and /or remove it. Any one know if it will wash? Has anyone fitted anew roof liner in one of these.is if difficult

I have fitted headliners in V8 Pilots and pre war V8's it's a bit fiddley but not difficult, I would think small Fords are much the same. I tried once tried to shampoo the headliner in a V8 Pilot in situ. It shrank and pulled away at the edges so I had to fit a new one.

Sounds good, any chance of a thread to follow the Prefect as the resto progresses?
