A picture of the rad hoses in question would be a good idea - they might be similar to something common and cheap, you never know your luck |

Congratulations on your purchase, I too saw that advertised, my Dad would love to own that, he was only telling me the other day that
his father used to drive them in it at high speed from Haslemere in Surrey to Portsmouth to watch Pompey play at home....
I do believe that this is the rad hose:

Wondered where that went! You need to join the Jowett Car Club. It has a comprehensive spares scheme but for insurance purposes can only trade with members. Hoses and most other service parts are always in stock.
Interested call Bob Holmes on 01684 593940.
We only meet on Monday nights but if you join and need anything either pm me here or mail me on pjbeaumont@toucansurf.com.

The sales description, reason, is very honest. The project was much larger than rjt10/4 must have anticipated.
Better it goes to home where it stands a chance rather than end up, as so many do, just rotting away in a backyard.
It takes a certain amount of guts to admit a mistake, I wish rjt and the car, good fortune. |
