Not as daft as it seems....

I have read about this, apparently the capacitive properties of the materials used in these hoods induce an energy force directly to the coil, meaning the spark now has the same amount of energy as Battersea power station used to produce at peak times.

This technology has been known about for years, but suppressed by vehicle manufactures as a carbon fibre hood fitted to an Austin 7 means it will now get from 0 to 100mph quicker than Lewis Hamilton's Mercedes F1 winning car.

LBLbaby we are all in your debit for bringing these technological advances to our attention .

Many thanks

Dave

High fibre content causes an increase in gaseous emissions, which could be ignited by the surplus high voltage energy that has been created.

Does it electronically accelerate the throttle, or is the accelerator throttled electronically ?

While on the subject of "throttling", I have an idea Wink
