Hi.
Having recently aquired a Jaguar MK1 without any paperwork whatsoever, I am attempting to obtain a heritage certificate. The problem I have is that I have located what I think is the chassis number, but it doesnt correspond with any numbers I can find on JEC document.
Can any owners conform the location, which I have found is engine bay,LHS, high on the bulkhead behind the battery.
My number starts with H 006... If this was H 906... it would correspond with a 1957 car, but RHD whereas mine is LHD. And its definately a '0', not a '9'

Any help appreciated.

Paul

No! Laughing
Thank you, but that was the list ive been looking at, and as you can see, the closest number I can get to mine (starting H006) is H906. This is also from the RHD list, mine is LHD (if it had a steering wheel and bow).

Still, thanks for the attempt, back to confusion.

Paul
