The 6/80 appears to be more numerous than its 4 pot relative.
The engines are quite unusual shaft driven single overhead cam units. I'm helping a friend revive a 6/80 at the moment. Unfortunately the engine was lying full of water for many years (and I don't just mean in the water passages) and was seized. It has been quite a challenge to unseize it as you need special tools to do quite a lot of things including separating the cylinder head from the block!
We now have the pistons and rods out but are awaiting another special tool to remove the camshaft that needs to be withdrawn forwards and will be another challenge as the valves are all seized in their guides and are somewhat inaccessible due to the camshaft. A bit of a catch 22 situation.
