Drove a Noddy when my small wheel Bedford artic was being serviced in the mid 70's when employed by BRS Parcels later Roadline. Quite horrid after the TK cab I was used to. Got 50p a week extra as a class one licence holder and got the artic as one of only two or so class one drivers at the Bridgwater depot. Must have had a wake up effect as left for law school and a career as a Solicitor!.
