I suspect that's a slightly posher version of mine, with the headlamps, wings, and opening door(s), but the basic shape is certainly a close match.

I can't say that I've ever been much tempted to buy car seat covers, but in the 1960s clearly there was a market. Here, a leaflet for Imperial-brand covers.
