Hi Rick
Is that a small flag, or, is it something larger near the other car?
The driver of that car seems to be looking over his shoulder at that feature.

I did wonder and have had a magnifying glass on it, so I'm not certain either way.

From a similar era, although I suspect in this country, is the next addition - a snap of a gent stood alongside a Vauxhall LIX, probably a Wyvern.
