I'm looking to change the kingpins on my 7w ten myself and trying to find a suitable reamer for the bushes.
Can anyone tell me the best place to get one from please?
Am I right in thinking the right size is 0.814"

these days most kingpin bushes are reamed with an adjustable reamer together with a reamer pilot, it looks as if your kingpins will be 13/16" the .0015" clearance will enable the grease to do its job.

I recall replacing the King Pins on my 7W, the problem was getting the old ones out in my case. We ended up removing the axle and working on it on the bench.

As with all pre-2000 Morgans, both three and four wheels, I have sliding pillar suspension.
Most Morgan owners have found interesting ways to re-furbish, then ream out these sliders. All the three wheelers have a bronze slider, so machining in a lathe, and fitting in new bushes is a regular feature. I will not discuss the advantages of soldering these bushes in place, the use of graphited bushes, or using 'o' rings in them to contain the grease, but try to stick to thread.
I use a standard adjustable reamer with an extension piece to the drive side, and a pilot section on the other side. the pilot section is slightly undersize to allow entry to the bushes being reamed.
How do you manage to keep the reamer aligned, what do your reamers look like?
