Hi all,

By gum, this spectacularly ropey - but mega rare - Mini will test the skills of even the best restorer out there. Maybe it'd be more suited to being used as a donor for a build using a better standard bodyshell as a starting point, although then the finished article couldn't really still be called a pukka example - or could it?

Fancy leaving it outside all that time Sad

Bit I like the most is the quote. >> "Please note this is very delicate and will need careful removal."

Don't even breath on it. It'll fall apart if you do.

Over £1k now, reserve not met ... looking at it, you'd almost have to dig the earht out underneath it, build a wooden frame to attach it to, before even thinking about moving it. Such a shame.

i don't think there is a cats chance in hell of moving it in one piece! It will never sit on its wheels without snapping! The important thing will be to not damage any unique bits more than they are, and try to retain or identify any reference measurements. The end result however good is going to be far from original!
