I wonder if anyone can help. We are trying to find a set of big end and main bearing shells for a 1940 Leyland "Light 6" 6 cylinder OHV petrol engine. We have tried FW Thorntons but no luck there.
Any and all leads and suggestions will be gratefully received. Many thanks in advance...........
The engine is from a Lynx Fire Engine by the way. |

You need to search on the Glacier or Vandervell or whoever part number - not the vehicle and if all fails there search on the crank pin diameter. They will be out there somewhere! |
