I would not be surprised.It is a pet hate of mine.
You frequently see restored classics for which the costs must have been in tens of thousands, and then have black wiper blades.

I was reading about the epic restoration of a pre-war British saloon, only yesterday evening. The end result is superb - bar the strange use of chequerplate below the driver's pedals for some reason ...!?!?
