I have always found these cars attractive, particularly when painted in bright colours.
I wonder if the artist that illustrated Enid Blyton's Noddy books drew his inspiration for Noddy's car from this?

Yes, the funny car is actually a Fiat 500 in disguise called a Gamine.....same engine, floorpan etc.
It was taken about twenty years ago at Middle Barton Garage, a Fiat 500 specialist. |
