You could try the American Auto Club U.K. we have a web site but no forum, and a couple of face book sites. I have just started editing their monthly magazine, maybe I can help

That would be a 15th series Packard 120. They came in three sub series, The base model was the 120C, then came the 120CD which was essentially a de- luxe model there was also a 138CD, the same mechanically, but with a longer wheelbase
