Needs some of the modern tat scraped off it though. Lamps, washers, gauges, ignition stuff etc.

I don'know, Peter. The fog lamp (not the 'fifties Lucas one) and dashboard thermometer were factory fitted when new; I'd tolerate the washers on a screen like that, and refitting the original magneto is no big deal!
I see it's also now on eBay with a buy-it-now price of £160,000 with best offer; that's not as much as I thought it might be ... scrabbles down the side of the sofa _________________ in the garage: 1938 Talbot Ten Airline
