Hi all,

Another interesting old Humber has popped up, albeit somewhat newer than the last one, being built in 1954. If the photos accurately describe the car, it certainly looks like a very tidy example (is that a factory colour scheme?).

When I was about 10 a neighbour had 2 of these in succession. They were black and black!
When the first one was scrapped I cadged the instrument panel - maybe still about somewhere!

I'm not convinced that the bird on the bonnet is not a snipe rather than a hawk.

You don't see many Humbers about from the 40's/50's.
