Having had some fairly major body repairs done, a and b posts, sills and where the door hinges hang. The restorer said the hinge pins need replacing before he can finally adjust the doors. He also suggested I get the oversize pins as the hinges will probably be worn after all this time. So rather than buy the standard pins and then finding the new ones are loose in the hinges I got the oversize ones. Has anyone changed the pins on a ford popular or similar and did you just drill out the holes or is a reamer a safer way to go.
