Love the truck in the final photo - Citroen? The chap on the left looks vaguely familiar, I've a feeling that I knew him a bit maybe 20+ years ago.

Thanks for posting the pics.

Hi Rick
It hasn't been over here long and was a grocer's van, I leave the ID for the moment.
We haven't had a "what's this?" for a while

I like the Austin K type in photo 4. Nice little Birmingham Bedford!

Hi
There was a nice Bedford next to it, same livery but IO missed the fact that the camera didn't save.

Nobody else has had a go so:

If you zoom in you will see it has a blue Renault triangle badge.
I tried looking through the wiki for a model but they don't seem to have pre-war vans, the front end looks a bit similar to the Monoquatre

Hi Peter
I take it that that is down by the bottom of the door, I zoomed in on the top of the rad.
I can't get enough definition zooming on my pic for that tag

At least we now know it is a KH.

Has the Renault van been on ebay, I have the feeling I have seen it before for sale?

Typical ebay, I can't view the link as it says it has been removed.

Rootes, You'll get a lot more from the other link I posted.

Agreed, v annoying.

One workaround I've found is that if you enter the listing description into Google, it'll bring up other sites that re-present ebay listings on their own site. This might not work so well for listing descriptions that are quite common, but for this Renault as an example it does work.

https://www.google.com/search?q=renault+kh+1934+mobile+grocers+shop&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&client=firefox-b

I had wondered whether google would keep a cached copy of a listing page, but it would appear not.
