Very neat, I think I'd try and put paint-on reg. letters across the grille mesh and lose the numberplate. Ideally try and pick up a non-dating reg. from the 1950s that's already been removed from a car in the past, and put that on.

Smart little car - could have done with a bit longer rear.
If it were mine I would try to use more 50s hardware. The current mix seems a bit cheap/odd (alternator, master cylinder caps, handbrake cover, steering wheel).
But a very interesting car nonetheless

Built in 2008, recently restored, and yet it still needs head gasket, brakes overhauling, new petrol tank and door catches - that doesn't speak very highly of either the original build or the 'restoration'!
