We are thinking of scrapping this old caravan and replacing it with a proper shed for storage. I don't know anything about caravans. Is it actually worth anything or do you think the scrap man will take it away for free.? There is not much left inside.

If you are on Facebook there are several pages for the older caravan, there maybe someone out there who would like it for spares

The caravan is still here. Anyone wanting to take it away will need to see it and decide if it is what they want before we empty it. I will need to take down a fence for them to gain access across a rough paddock. I expect the wheels will need changing as the tyres are flat and probably rotten. On the positive side all the panels are in good condition but half the interior has gone.

I am in no hurry as I need to find a suitable shed. The caravan has been sitting there for 20 years.
