Copied from somewhere else. A fairly easy way to put a picture in your post.

Use flickr. www.flickr.com
Create a login ID

1. Press the Upload icon

2. Press "Choose photos and videos to upload". A screen will appear which shows the contents of your computer. Select the image file
3. Press "Upload 1 Photo" to upload it

4. Doubleclick on the picture in Flickr to select it

5. Press the export icon next to the picture

6. If all is correct something like this will be shown. Note the "BBC code" mode, the highlighted text in the first box and the size option in the second box

7. Control-C does copy the highlighted text to your computers internal memory
8. In the Reply box of the forum, press Control-P to paste the text
9. You will get something like this

10. Remove the first line (or make sure everything is removed in front of the [img]) and everything after [/img] so only text starting with [img].....[/img] will stay
11. Press the submit button and it should work!

Be very careful that you have clicked on BB code. It was very frustrating to find I hadn't and didn't know what to do!!

So long as what appears within the img tags in a post, ends in .jpg (or .gif), then the link to the photo should work when placed into a forum post.

Busy uploading to my Flickr account so will be able to update my Austin Seven Ruby thread, following the Photobucket debacle.
They have backed down on their greed for 3rd party image hosting, BUT I've had it with them
Once bitten etc!

Geoff - Sleep eluding me.

Geoff,

I was thinking about you at the beginning of this week. You have been conspicuous by your absence. Glad to see you are still around and look forward to your next video.

Thank you Art & Peter.
Beginning Feb, I suffered what I suspected was LH kidney stones as pain nearly had me on the floor, resulting in a 111 call for an emergency Out of Hours Doctor to have a look at me.
He diagnosed a water works infection and 3 lots of antibiotics finally nailed that.
Heating boiler needing to be replaced didn't help much.
Since then 6 visits to hospital for x-Ray, scans, cystoscopy with one overnight as they performed a rigid cystoscopy.
Fortunately nothing serious found, but it's taken its toll causing me to break out in dripping sweats at the slightest exertion, thus my activity has been severely curtailed.
Nobody appears to know the reason, but I think it's the medication to control prostate cancer resulting in virtually no testosterone in the system.
Decided to take the matter into my own hand and am now trying alternatives.
Only time will tell, but very little has been done on the Austin much to my annoyance.

Ooh!!! Been there, had that. Pee’d blood for two weeks after. For those who haven’t hear of a cystoscopy, it’s a procedure where they feed an instrument up the centre of ‘yer willie’. And Geoff has had two Shocked RESPECT ✊

Can anyone advise me please on how to use a desktop to log into my account I created using their iOS App.
I've tried everything without luck as I keep getting an empty account.
I've searched for a solution but drawn a blank
See my post in Austin Seven Ruby ARQ rejuvenation
