Lovely little car, unrestored it seems.

A particularly well-presented and well-written listing.
A masterclass in motoring journalism.
OCC admin dept. could learn much from the vendor.

That is a lovely car. Unmolested and with such great patina.

My Uncle had a pale blue version. I used to play in it [after it was garaged & parked up] as a kid...then, when older, I had permission to try & get it going....failed.
I also suffered my first real automobile injury in it [aside from being run over by an Austin Cambridge in Cardiff, aged 4]...when Uncle stopped the car dead, and I didn't. Nasty cut on forehead, [brains probably leaked out at that point, which explains a lot]....also cracked the windscreen......[said crack remained until I last saw it, around 1967]...

A 'cute' motorcar......did it inspire a certain Enid Blyton, I wonder?

I once discovered one of these nice little cars in a garden in Lightwater, (Near Bagshot, Surrey). I was quite excited at first but it soon became clear that the car had been languishing unprotected from the elements for a long time and had sunk down to it's axles in the ground. The floor had disappeared and the car was - at best - only fit for spares. In the end I think it was scrapped. Crying or Very sad
