I remember the old paraffin / kerosene heaters , they were about 2 feet high . As they had an open flame , they would be more likely to cause a fire than an electric heater .
I do remember a flash fire happening at a service station , it was the good old days when somebody filled your car . That person had a "box " to stand in which was in between the pumps . They had an electric heater but it was making sparks . The tanker came in and the fumes caught fire . Lucky , it was only a flash fire , scared the s*** out of them ! |
