Before uploading any images, you need to Register with a username and password. You also enter a few basic details about yourself, although you can leave the postcode/zip code field blank, and also read and agree to their terms and conditions.
Once registered, you can now upload images to Photobucket.
Click the Browse button, this allows you to navigate the files on your computer and select an image to upload, or copy over, to Photobucket.
Once you've selected an image, click the Upload button. You'll get a message on the screen to say it was successful (hopefully).
If you scroll down the page a bit, you'll see the image(s) that you've uploaded so far.
Below each image is the 'URL Link', this is what you use when placing a link to the image on this forum. Copy the full URL Link by highlighting it with your mouse, and press Ctrl C (both together) on your keyboard. This takes a copy of the link.
2. Placing an image within a post on this forum
Ok, go to a forum and post as you would normally. To place an image in your post, you use the URL Link that was shown on Photobucket.
While editing your forum post, click the Img button once, press Ctrl V to paste in the URL Link, and click the Img button a second time. This pastes in a link to your image within the content of your posting.
Before submitting your post you can preview it, to make sure the image is showing correctly.
(To copy and paste the URL link, you can also use the right mouse button, which brings up a menu)
