It certainly looks like a Morris but that line below the windows would usually continue, do you notice the form changes below the rear quarter window?

Ah yes, the ridge at the top of the body sides, that matches how the window ventilators stick out, is a giveaway. Thanks.

Visually the differences appear to be negligible, a little more ornamentation on the Hudson as opposed to the lower-priced Essex. Which the car in my photo is I'm still not sure Confused

To me, it looks something like a Ford V8...but the bonnet louvres might be wrong? [Is that sloping radiator?]

Alternatively, Packard?
