Looks like an 8-litre Bentley to me; it could be a 4-litre although I don't think any of the 4-litres were fitted with a body style like this.
edit: Having scoured the Bentley pictures I can find, I think it's an H J Mulliner all-weather tourer on the 6½-litre chassis, probably 1927 date. _________________ in the garage: 1938 Talbot Ten Airline

What an odd looking combination, sleek luxury car and then the stripy, dumpy caravan... _________________ Various Rootes Vehicles. |

I have been advised that it is a 1931 Lincoln Willoughby Series 202B Model K8 Sports Phaeton; that's a pretty specific identification, and I know little about American cars of that period, but I'm not convinced!
Whilst the radiator mascot could well be the Lincoln greyhound, I think the Lincoln's radiator is much flatter without that distinctive arch visible in the photo.
Do we have any American car experts on hand? _________________ in the garage: 1938 Talbot Ten Airline

Possibly a Badger of Clintonville, Wisconsin. They built 4WD cars from 1909 to about 1911 _________________ Dane- roverdriver but not a Viking. |

Hank,
Your wagon has the look of Ford about it so I’ll guess 1940.

you nailed it roverdriver
it is a 1909 FWD "Battle ship"
built by the Badger Four Wheel Drive Company(FWD)
The company offered $1000 prize to any car that could follow it cross-country.
3 years and 12,000 miles nobody won the prize money
