Hi Rick, the Morris (Elite is the deluxe version of the Major) has been put to one side of the scrap pile for resale, hopefully someone will grab it, it's in pretty decent condition. The Rover is for the big squeeze though and it's mint, no following for them here at all Crying or Very sad .

Cheers, Col.

I took this picture in a scrapyard in Farnborough, Hampshire in 1963. The bus is a Dennis Lance 2 that used to belong to the Aldershot & District Traction Company and it was built in 1937. It certainly looks unloved and deserves a place here.[/img]

Hi
Found this one today between Burnley and Hebden Bridge.
It's a Bedford and the owner thinks it is a Mulliner body.

I did go to a scrappy in Wales maybe 2 years back, and that had mostly old stuff in it (3 or 4 Somersets for instance!! plus PA Crestas, 100Es, Moggys, A40s, even a couple of early Spits), however I think even that place has had a tidy up as I spotted some of the cars on ebay last year Confused

I do know of another yard that has a long-forgotten section way out the back - I've not been as yet, so only had reports, but it sounds interesting including, I'm told, old wartime aircraft wings still stacked in their pallets Shocked will definitely try and visit once the weather has improved
