That looks like a Citroen DS. He should have put his suspension up to the max, and waded through. Very Happy

I think it was a mast base for a steel work boat
it is just raw material for other projects now
I plasma cut a brace for a truck we were working on

This snap was taken at a scrapyard in 1995. The yard is still in business although I think the older cars are long gone.
