Who wants to bet that you can't get to see the cars before you pay for it!

Yes I've seen a lot of Classified ads on ebay lately like this, I did Ask Seller A Question on a few (requesting photos of parts of the car not shown in the ad) and the replies either never came back, or were very vague to say the least. Be VERY wary of these Classified Ads!!

There's loads of scams on there at the moment, I know several of the Hot rodders that also visit the NSRA forum have reported them to Ebay, but alas nothing appears to have been done and the adverts are still on there.

Here are a few more:

How about this load of old tripe!

I reported it to e-bay and the property developers themselves (using an e-mail address from yell.com btw!) but nothing has been done. Would do something myself, but can't be bothered with the hassle really...

Hi
There is also a Bristol 409 on at the moment at £1800, it is a knownm vehicle and is not for sale. Ebay have been notified.

Have you noticed that the sellers are down as commercial but have NO feedbacks.

I had this with my Ford pickup that I sold a few months ago, a listing appeared a week or so after I sold it, re-using the pics and some of the blurb from my listing, with a buy it now of 50% or so of what it sold for. Fortunately I don't think anyone fell for it
