Hi folks!
I’ve been reading and enjoying posts on this excellent forum for some time now, so thought it about time I joined in, starting with something quite unusual…
My beloved Ford A Series display lorry (ex fairground organ) is looking for a new home since I'm short on space, hence she's listed for sale on eBay. This would be ideal for displaying inside something to show at steam rallies and vintage gatherings etc, as with this rare classic & MOT exempt truck you'll have two exhibits in the one outfit.
Full details at the link below, including two YouTube videos of her running...

A bargain start price of just £650 for this superb vehicle!
I really hope she finds a deserving new home as there aren’t too many A Series examples surviving, particularly in such good original condition and with known history from new. The previous owner and maker of the box body told me the vehicle would get just as much attention at steam rallies as the organ )albeit a different audience), so it would be great if she can be back on the rally circuit again.
One thing is for sure; with that glorious 3.5ltr 6-cyl York engine sound you’ll never need a radio in the cab!
All the best,
Nick |

Now let me think!!!!
Doesn't someone have a load of stationary engines.
One could be coupled up to a generator to light up the interior, and the others could be used to power pumps putting on an illuminated waterfall display inside.
Stop it! I'm giving myself ideas my wallet won't match. |
