I came across this today showing actual Luftwaffe footage of the amount of punishment these things could take.

Most seem likely to keep on flying even after heavy punishment.

That haunting music suits the footage & while the images were scary beyond belief, I still felt compelled to watch.

This should be shown EVERYWHERE to help people, especially the vast majority of youngsters, realise what was fought for. Too many of those involved at the time & who survived, have since perished & their sacrifices with them.

My sincere thanks for posting that up.
