nothing to do with fitting and removing tyres I suppose?

I made up something similar to remove the clutch thrust bearing from a Ford type 9 gearbox. Confused don't s'pose it's that though Confused

UJ, why do you have an upper control arm holder for a Mustang?
that exact item is depicted in most repair manuals as a must-have for home repairs to Fords with the coil spring atop the upper control arm, as it wedges between the arm and the subframe. personally, i don't use one when doing work on the front end as i seem to need as much room as possible to swing that enormous hammer around....

i always thought that for every MG, Triumph, or Jaguar sold here that we should have exported an equal number of Detroit cars into Olde England, apparently some numbers did make it through! i didn't know, however, that you were personally responsible for the majority of them!
