Looks like I may go to that too.

Cheers

I was fortunate enough to get along to the launch day for this new event today, and there were some cracking motorcars on display. The event in August is set to comprise timed runs for old and new cars, motorcycles, plus helicopter and boat action elsewhere in the grounds. A few pics, I'll add more to the main site shortly..
Highlight of the day was the chance to go as a passenger in some highly entertaining cars, driven at decent pace around the new course .. first up, a ride in a 250 swb Ferrari, complete with wonderful V12 soundtrack:
then a works Bentley Speed Six, ex Le Mans
and last but not least, a ride in a local 300 SL Gullwing, another one of my all-time favourite cars
Definitely a day to remember

Great stuff! Cheers, Rick.
That looks like a space saver wheel & tyre on the Camel Lotus...? _________________ Don't run your fingers over my truck & I won't run my truck over your fingers!

Hi
Did I spot 2 Bristol engined cars?
Top one looks like an Arnolt/Bristol and is the silver one a Bristol engined Lotus? |
