The Landy arrived about 30 seconds after you disappeared down the road Smile

The annual Sunday afternoon 'bash' at the Horseshoe Inn is this weekend I think, the plan is to take the Devon as usual. You going to this one buzzy?

Hi

Oh, didn't realise it was this weekend, may go to it, may not, as I might be busy this weekend.

Cheers

Hi

Well got there, saw Rick and quite a few other people I know, a good doo, no pics as I had no camera, but some good car, anything from 1903, I think that was the earliest, up to some pretty modern classics!

Great doo all round!

Cheers

Agreed a really good 'do', coincidentally I parked next to the Devon's younger brother in the pub car park. A nice selection of proper old stuff too - I'm not quite sure how a Vauxhall Nova got in the line-up though!!

Hi
Nice photos.
How come there isn't a closer one of the pedal car by the Bentley?
Was it a modern?

I *think* it may have been a mobility scooter rather than a pedal car, if there'd been a pedal car I'm sure either I or erindoors would have spotted it Wink

Hi
Yes, your right, at first glance I saw the child next to it but didn't see the seat back.

Hi

I am sending this mail out to various people with old cars, I am organising a meet on Monday 30th June at 7ish, this will take place at the Horse Shoe pub near Nantwich. Visit http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/265792 to find out where this is.

It will be a matter of just turning up, and hopefully there will be some other people there, I am only inviting perhaps 10 people, and am not sure how many will turn up, I know I will be there! If you know anyone who has an old car, or an interest in old cars, feel free to turn up, you can leave as early or as late as you like! I know someoff you have a distance to come, or no classic on the road, but coming in a modern car is fine too!

Anyway, hopefully you can come, and will see you all there!

Cheers any problems get back to me!

Dave

Hi buzzy, just looking at some old threads - are there any plans to resurrect the informal evening gathering at the Horse Shoe any time?
