Was able to pop in during my dinner break from work, weather was spot on with hot sun all day. An interesting selection of cars on display, all turned out immaculate.

Hi
I can't work out whether the A40 mk2 is a van or a convertible with the top up

I think that might just be the camera. If you look closely I think you can see the grass through the o/s rear window. I might be wrong though. There was a van made, I think, for the Swedish market, but I think this one is a saloon.

Cheers

Nice pics btw - you're very lucky to have so many A30/35's in your area! I counted 6, including a pickup! As far as I'm aware there's only one other one local to me Rolling Eyes

I stand corrected!

According to Barney Sharratt's 'Post-War Baby Austins' the A40 Farina was produced as a van for export only. Apparantly most went to Finland and Portugal. This one is a conversion however.
