Hello All,
I need a new battery for my 1953 Ford Anglia, E494A, 6volt, 85 ah, can anyone suggest a supplier. I think it may be a 511 model no.
I am in North Shropshire and a local supplier would be better.
Many thanks in advance.

Hi, buzzy and I have had 6 volters from a place in Crewe before now (I think they're listed for the early 6v Beetle) - Cheshire Batteries the place is called, might be worth asking if they still do them

I need to order a couple of beefy 6 volters sometime, I wonder if Cheshire Batteries build 'em to order?

MrCrab

Lincon are only about 500 yards from my house and I have recommended them on here before.

Glad to hear that someone else finds their service as good as I have for many years.
