I am here on behalf of a friend whose family own a 1950 Pemberton. They have used it and loved it for 3 generations but have recently been told that it no longer meets the safety requirements of the site it is on. They have nowhere else to put it and are resigned to spending their last holiday in it soon but would love it to go to a good home. As she (my friend, not the caravan!) has no internet connection (imagine that?!) I am - as I said - here on her behalf. Is anyone interested, or does anyone know af a museum or rest home for elderly caravans?

I look forward to hearing any suggestions I can pass on. Thanks

I believe it is in Somerset or Dorset. I will pass your e-mail address to her ( I think she manages to use that!) and she can send you photos etc. Thanks for your interest.

Hi fordf350camper
I would suggest that you should break up that email address as it encourages spam, there are sites out there that scour forums for email addresses.
Even better, send a pm when you want to pass on an eAddress .
