Hi

Anyone going tomorow, anyone been today?

I have been today, came home for the night as it is fairly close to home, but will pop back in the morning. I was rolling the track all of today, so never really looked round, but had a really good day! Think I prefere to be rolling than spending my pennies in the show! hehe

Cheers

Dave

Hi

I did look out for you, whilst we were getting steam on, but from 10ish, until when the engines went in the ring, I was rolling the lime stone that is the track through to the exhibitors entrance, through the very kind permision of the owner. Did you Exhibit?

You probably saw the roller, if you went up that way, but there was that many people, and I was concentrating on the road!

Cheers

Hi

I had my mobile in my pocket, but you want to try using it on a steam roller! best left in your pocket! Laughing

Just got back, roaded the engines back to there home, forgot my earplugs, put a rag in my right ear, but have ringining in my left ear, hope it goes! Took about 2 hours to get back, with one waterstop.

If you saw the roller, I was on it yesterday. Lid should have come and done the invatation steering in the ring! Was a 10 ton'er so quite a sizable roller.

Great fun weekend though! Did you get any pics?

Cheers

Dave

That is me steering, cutting the right edge as best I could! Might take a copy of that pic for my mum, if that is ok Rick?

Could well have been us last night, I was concentrating on keeping it on the road to be honest! Not sure what route we took!

Cheers
