This is a great video, showing some amazing period shots of the Longbridge production line, and loads of old cars. I love it!

It was interesting to see that the steering appeared to have an inch of play even when new.

I always found the A50 a little stodgy looking. The A55 was much more to my liking with that swooping tail.
What surprises me most is how small the interior looks, considering the size of the car.
Great little film though,I'm glad it was preserved. |

Great post 640TMP I hope you realise that I'll be neglecting my van for a few hours, whilst being glued to my computer watching some of those videos.
Thanks, again. _________________ Web links:1972 2000 SC P6

Both wings had already fallen off. _________________ Due to the onset of my mid eighties I'm no longer sprightly and rarely seen in my Austin special. I have written a book though. https://amzn.eu/d/7rwRRqL |

Thanks Greg, I wasn't aware, but I am now, and will be ordering one, when I make up my mind which one I want first. _________________ Web links:1972 2000 SC P6
