What dynamo and regulator combination should our 1939 series E have? It came with an RF95 regulator, but am I correct in thinking it should have an RF91? If the regulator has changed at some point, does this also mean that the dynamo will be the wrong one?
Cheers!

RF91 was the pre-war version in effect and is directly interchangeable with an RF95. Indeed the later RB106 which is ven better will work too with earlier dynamos _________________ Rover P2

Thanks Phil, I think we have an RF91 in a box of bits, so that will go on the car in place of the RF95, assuming that it works!!! |
