Wandering around the camping area up to no good,I happened upon this bijou caravan,what a lovely little van I thought,so took this snap. |

Is this the Bampton from the "Morgan Museum" in Rolvenden, Kent? If the Museum is still there it is a little gem, well worth a visit. On the High Street; appears to be a shop at first glance. |

its more than likely the same,am fairly sure the van in the pic was restored by Ted Bamton himself
Ted restored this van as a retirement project, and was one of the early vans on the preservation scene
i have a VHS tape of ted giving a tour of his van ,
will try and get it on the internet one day |
